Pan Pacific London Summer Terrace

More Details

Pan Pacific London has partnered with new star of the French rosé scene, Roseblood, to bring the essence of Provence's captivating countryside to the middle of the bustling City. This exciting collaboration has come to life with the unveiling of the stunning Summer Terrace Takeover now open on Bishopsgate Plaza.

All summer long, you are invited to escape to the expansive terrace transformed into a beautiful garden oasis complete with an array of planters and beautiful blooms for those Insta-worthy moments.

Designed to spark joie de vivre and provide an insight into the world of Estoublon the stunning seasonal terrace will offer a sharing menu featuring charcuterie, fromage, crudités and Mediterranean flatbreads alongside Roseblood wines and cocktails.

For summer sipping, there’s the elegant and fresh Roseblood Rosé 2023, available by the glass, bottle as well as the magnum and jeroboam for those larger al fresco gatherings. Also on the menu is the more complex and mineral Château d’Estoublon ‘1489’ 2023 vintage rosé alongside the crisp Roseblood White 2023 and its red, Château d’Estoublon DPO Baux-de-Provence. Nestled on the Alpilles in the heart of Provence since 1489, Château d’Estoublon is a magical 300-hectare estate renowned for its exceptional olive oils and wines, and it is one of the most exclusive venues in Provence.

Wine cocktails, with a certain je ne sais quoi, include The Rose, crafted with Roseblood Rosé, Chambord and fresh berries and The White made with Roseblood White, soda, basil cordial and cucumber.

The Roseblood Terrace on the Plaza will be open until 29 September, offering an ideal setting for casual lunches, evening drinks and al fresco gatherings.
