London Open Gardens is an annual event where normally closed or hidden green spaces open their gates to London Garden's Trust supporters. Discover rooftop gems, community spaces and historic walled enclosures. London Garden's Trust also offer walks and special access opportunities to meet some of the people managing green space for nature, climate and people.

For a full list of gardens in the Square Mile participating in London Open Gardens Weekend, go to the London Garden's Trust website, search by Borough and scroll down to City of London.

What is London Open Gardens?

London Open Gardens is celebrating 25 years of unique access to gardens and hidden green spaces across the capital on 8 and 9 June.

This much-loved event began with volunteers’ passion to open up iconic but locked London squares in the west, and has grown to embrace gardens across central London including exquisite roof spaces, historic institutions, community allotments and reclaimed and rewilded urban oases.
