From Christmas classics performed by Gareth Malone on the Nickel Stage to a festive twist on the traditional afternoon tea, to a classic three course menu including roast turkey with all the trimmings, whole roasted lobster with buttered new potatoes, and a dark chocolate orange baked tart to finish.
