Family Activities at Guildhall Library

As part of Open House Festival 2024 on Saturday 14th September Guildhall Library will be offering activities for families between 10am and 4pm.

Draw along with Kourtney Harper of Guy Fox

Book your free space for a draw along with Kourtney Harper of Guy Fox in a 45-minute workshop at 11 am designed for the whole family. All materials (pencils, paper, surprises) will be provided. Suitable for age 4 to 11. Parent / carer must accompany children. Please note places for this workshop are limited and must be booked in advance on Eventbrite.

Drop-in activities on the day including:

  • Mystery books: A selection of Guildhall Library’s Treasures will be on display including a tiny book. Can you guess what they are?
  • A Paddington History of London themed Treasure Hunt: Can you find all the clues and crack the code to the safe?
  • Colour Guildhall Library’s Collections: the opportunity to colour copies of the illustrations of old and rare books.
  • They will also be giving away a selection of Guy Fox children’s books.
