Find out more about Pardner Hand - an informal, community-based savings scheme set up by the Caribbean community to join together to support one another.

Pardner Hand is a new exhibition curated by Museumand, The National Caribbean Heritage Museum, and hosted at the Bank of England Museum. This exhibition explores the financial exclusion faced by the Windrush Generation upon arrival in the UK, and celebrates the entrepreneurial Caribbean community in overcoming this discrimination. It tells the story of the importance of Pardner Hand, a community-based savings scheme which empowered Caribbean people to save money and build a life in the UK.
