Guildhall Art Gallery and London's Roman Amphitheatre are taking part in Open House 2024!
Guildhall Art Gallery is the home to many famous and much-loved pictures and displays over 100 works of art for free from the City of London's collection of paintings, drawings, photography and sculpture. In addition, temporary exhibitions explore different themes and allow other works from the collection to come onto public display.
Guildhall Art Gallery is also home to the City of London Heritage Gallery, and London's Roman Amphitheatre.

Guildhall Art Gallery will be open for for general access between 10am to 5pm (last admission at 4.45pm) during Open House Festival 2024.
Join one of their drop-in tours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 12.15pm and 1.15pm. These are combined tours of Guildhall Art Gallery and London's Roman Amphitheatre.
Special tours for Open House are take place on 21 and 22 September, including Amphitheatre. Add them to your Open House Festival itinerary!
No booking is required, but numbers may be restricted to aid enjoyment and promote health and safety.
Take part in free family activities
As part of their regular Second Saturday events, Guildhall Art Gallery are teaming up with the Giant Dolls House Project, and inviting families down to help create a growing installation which will be displayed in the gallery. Find out more.

Collection Talks: History and Treasures of Guildhall Library

- Join expert librarians to discover the fascinating history of Guildhall Library and view items from some of its impressive collections, including Peter de Riga’s early 13th-century bible and the late 14th/early 15th century Chronicles of France, and the Nuremberg Chronicle (1493).
General Entrance or Guided tour of Guildhall, the City's seat of municipal government since 12 century.
